Introduction

If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from PRODUCTIVITY BOOSTER ™ Trademark of Varnavska Excellence Solutions and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within customer satisfaction guarantee indicated on the sales page. Usually it is 14 days, and sometimes an extended guarantee is 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting contact@productivity-booster.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days (sometimes 30 days if stated accordingly on the sales page) of the original purchase date.
3. Hard goods must be returned to PRODUCTIVITY BOOSTER ™ Trademark of Varnavska Excellence Solutions immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting contact@productivity-booster.com as directed in step 1.
4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in PRODUCTIVITY BOOSTER ™ Trademark of Varnavska Excellence Solutions sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.productivity-booster.com

• Productivity Booster Tool individual license
• Productivity Booster Tool team license
• Productivity Booster Tool company license
• Workbook for any training (PDF download)

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting contact@productivity-booster.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation and Refunds of Live Events:

Once Attendee registers for the Live Event or Live Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 14 days after Attendee has registered for the Live Event or Live Seminar. If Attendees cancel within 14 days of registering they will receive a full refund, but any Attendee seeking to cancel their registration after 14 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature and due to participation of top trainers and speakers in our events. If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, do not register. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event after you have registered and after 14 days have passed since registering, we will happily transfer your ticket to someone else or allow you to attend a future Productivity Booster™ or Varnavska Excellence Solutions event on the same topic at our sole discretion.
